Original Untourist Content
Untourist tour scripts, route narration, and tour audio are self-produced by Dream Lab Solutions LLC. Most Untourist images are also owned by us and were taken personally for the app, website, tour pages, field notes, and related promotional materials.
Unless otherwise noted, Untourist-owned scripts, audio, photographs, route media, brand assets, and written materials may not be copied, redistributed, sold, republished, or reused without prior written permission from Dream Lab Solutions LLC.
Third-Party Media
Some images, music, or other media may come from free media libraries, including Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash. Those items remain governed by the license terms of the platform or creator that provided them.
These platforms generally allow free use of their covered media, often without required attribution, subject to restrictions such as no misleading use, no standalone resale, no implied endorsement, and respect for trademarks, privacy, and other third-party rights. Please review the current license terms on each platform before reusing any third-party media.
Attribution
When attribution is required or useful, Untourist may provide credit in context, metadata, app store materials, or other supporting records. Attribution is not a transfer of ownership, and it does not change the license terms for Untourist-owned or third-party media.
