Launch promotion terms
The launch promotion provides one promotional credit to each eligible participant who completes the stated email-confirmation and app-claim steps while the campaign is active. A valid Sign in with Apple account is required to redeem the private claim in the app.
Eligibility is enforced per campaign and eligible Apple account. Submitting multiple email addresses does not create additional initial offers for the same eligible account. Private claim codes are personal, may expire, have no cash value, and may not be sold.
Each promotional credit unlocks one eligible tour selected by the participant. The selection cannot be moved to another tour. The 90-day access window begins when the selected tour is first started, and that tour may be repeated while the window remains active.
While the referral program is available, anyone signed in with Apple can get a personal referral link in Untourist under You → Refer a friend. Referrers do not need to buy a pass, claim an initial offer, or complete a tour. A reward is issued to the referrer's linked app account only after a referred participant confirms a new email and redeems an eligible initial claim using an eligible new Apple account. Clicking, sharing, signup, or confirmation alone does not earn a reward. Each qualifying friend can earn the referrer one free-tour credit. Existing email-confirmation referral links remain valid; their owner must be linked to a verified app account before rewards can be delivered. Referred participants may also refer friends. Partner and creator offers may have additional disclosed eligibility, duration, or compensation terms.
Promotional access is separate from an App Store purchase. Discounts on paid products are completed through Apple and grant access only after the StoreKit transaction is verified. Untourist may reject or revoke claims obtained through fraud, automation, misrepresentation, or attempts to bypass campaign limits.
